In a move to alleviate transportation costs for Nigerians during the festive season, the government under the leadership of Bola Ahmed Tinubu has released a comprehensive list of motor parks where travelers can enjoy a significant 50% reduction in transport fare for return trips.
The announcement came through the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Temitope Ajayi, who shared the information on various platforms, including social media.
The designated motor parks where the discounted fares will be applicable are as follows:
- Lagos – Oshodi Terminal 3
- Abuja – Jabi Park
- Onitsha – Umugo Park (Port Harcourt Road)
- Aba – Abia Polytechnic, Aba
- Kano – Balmary Park, Ring Road/Maiduguri Bypass, Hotoro
- Kaduna – Mando Park (Lagos route) and Television Garage for Eastern route
- Jos – Gadabiu Luxury Park
- Enugu – Old Park in Enugu (Abakiliki/Nsukka)
- Owerri – Somachi Park
- Port Harcourt – Olu Obasanjo Ezenwata Park
- Sokoto – Sokoto Central Park
- Gombe – Gombe Central Park
- Zakibiam – Heavy Duty Park
- Uyo – The Young Shall Grow Park
- Uyo – Young Shall Grow Park (No.17 Mosignor Akpan Avenue, Mbak Itam Itu, Akwa Ibom)
