The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Nigeria has announced the rollout of new services aimed at enhancing its operations and providing cutting-edge services to its customers and the public.
In a public notice posted on its official X (formerly Twitter) handle and signed by the management, the Commission unveiled the following services:
- Same-day update of Entity Records
- Same-day file check to determine the number of years of Annual Returns due
- Same-day Certified True Copy (CTC) issuance of Certificate of Incorporation, Change of Name Certificate, and mortgage Certificate.
Applicants can avail these services by applying through [email protected].
The announcement follows the recent unveiling of plans by the Registrar General of the Commission, Ishaq Hussaini Magaji SAN, shortly after marking his first 100 days in office. These plans include the introduction of a host of services such as “same-day registration premium service, same-day company status update, and same-day filing of annual returns, amongst others.”
With the introduction of these innovative services, the Commission aims to significantly improve its activities, enhancing speed and efficiency in the business process. This move marks a departure from past experiences characterized by difficulties, promising a more seamless and expedited service delivery for all stakeholders involved.
